Arts, Crafts and Merchandise Vendors
The Honobia Bigfoot Festival and Conference attracts a variety of artists and crafts vendors. Each year the mid-way comes alive with new ideas to attract the creative buyer. If you would like to sell your artworks &/or crafts as a vendor at this year’s Festival, please Download The Arts and Crafts Application and rules.
All applications must be mailed by August 1, 2011 or applicants will be charged a $10.00 late fee. We are anticipating an attendance even larger then 2010’s festival so get your booth reserved ASAP, vendors will be chosen in order of applications received. Be sure to enter your best works in the annual art show! Click on Art Show rules and Application; print and submit for the show.

Food Vendors
The uniqueness of the “Big Foot Festival” brings out the uniqueness in our Food Vendors. One of our vendors has the Big Foot Funnel Cake in the shape of a huge foot. If you would like to be one of our unique food vendors, we welcome you and request that you download Food Vendor Application and Rules. NOTE:

Rules
All vendors must adhere to the following rules:
- Setup will be Thursday September 29, 8 am until 6 pm . The festival will open at 8 am Friday morning. Booths must be ready for business at that time.
- Someone must be in attendance at each exhibit at all times during show hours. Hours are 8 am until 9pm Friday and 8 am until 6 pm on Saturday.
- Preferred craft items are rustic handmade items. No used or garage sale type items or dollar store type items will be considered. True antiques/collectibles will be considered.
- Booth space rent (see enclosure)
- Exhibitors will be responsible for their own display items and materials. The exhibitor is responsible for the appearance of the space during and at the close of the show. No trash is to be left at your booth site.
- Acceptance constitutes a contract to use the space assigned by the festival personal and they retain the right to change spaces.
- Prices must be clearly marked on items.
- If you bring a pet it must be leashed at all times.
